Overview
On-Page SEO is the practical work of making individual pages clearer to search engines and to the people who land on them. Where an audit diagnoses issues across a whole site, this service makes the changes on a defined set of pages, so each one targets a clear search intent and reads well in search results.
We agree the pages and target phrases with you, review each page against them, then rewrite title tags, meta descriptions and heading structure and add descriptive image alt text. The Professional and Advanced packages add internal linking between related pages, and Advanced adds schema markup and content recommendations for each page.
Changes can be applied directly in your CMS, including WordPress, or supplied as a ready-to-paste document if you prefer to publish them yourself. Either way you receive a before-and-after change log, so you can see exactly what was changed on each page and track progress in your own reporting.
Who it’s for
- Businesses whose service or product pages are not showing well in search
- Teams that already have an audit or fix list but no time to make the page-level changes
- WordPress site owners who want optimisation applied directly rather than a report
- Companies launching new pages that need search-ready titles, headings and structure
Problems it solves
- Get page titles and descriptions that match what people search for and earn clicks
- Give each key page a clear focus so pages stop competing with each other
- Help search engines understand content through better headings, links and structured data
- Turn audit recommendations into finished, published changes
What RF ETS delivers
- Optimised title tags and meta descriptions for each page in scope
- Revised heading structure and descriptive image alt text
- Internal linking between related pages (Professional and Advanced)
- Schema markup for suitable page types (Advanced)
- Content recommendations for each optimised page (Advanced)
- Before-and-after change log for every page
How we work
Agree pages and focus phrases
We confirm which pages are in scope and the main search phrase or intent each one should target.
Page-by-page review
Each page is checked for title, description, headings, alt text, internal links and structured data gaps.
Implement or supply changes
Changes are made in your CMS or delivered as a ready-to-paste document, depending on your preference.
Change log and handover
You get a before-and-after log of every change, plus schema and content recommendations on Advanced.
What we need from you

On-Page SEO Optimization: common questions
How does pricing work for On-Page SEO?
Pricing is fixed per package and set by the number of pages and the depth of work, from core metadata through to internal linking and schema markup; see the packages above. Extra pages can be added in blocks as an add-on, and larger or unusual projects receive a custom quote.
Can I request changes to the rewritten titles and descriptions?
Yes. Each package includes revision rounds so you can adjust tone, wording or emphasis before changes go live. If you want to add pages or swap which pages are in scope after work has started, we confirm the effect on timing and cost in writing first.
Does On-Page SEO include writing new content or link building?
No. We optimise the existing text, metadata and structure of your pages, and Advanced includes content recommendations, but writing new copy is a separate add-on. Link building is not offered, and we do not promise rankings or traffic; on-page work improves how pages are understood, not where they are placed.
Which pages should I choose?
Usually the pages that matter most commercially: core service or product pages, category pages and your home page. If you are unsure, we can suggest priorities from a quick look at the site or from an existing SEO audit, so the pages in your package are the ones most worth the effort.
Will optimisation change how my pages look?
Normally not. Titles and meta descriptions appear in search results rather than on the page, heading and alt-text changes rarely affect layout, and schema markup is invisible to visitors. If a recommended change would alter visible content, we flag it for your approval first.
