RF Engineering & Technology Solutions delivers engineering, data, software and digital services through a founder-led, project-based team. Depending on each project’s requirements, specialist contributors collaborate under coordinated project delivery. RF ETS is an online-based, founder-led engineering and technology services business operating from Bangladesh, started in 2026. It is not yet formally registered as a company.
Small businesses, researchers and engineering teams often need specialist data, software or engineering work done once, well, and on a clear budget, without hiring for it or managing a freelance marketplace.
Businesses and individuals who need data collection and analysis, lead research, automation, websites, CAD and engineering support, or SEO, typically as a defined project with a written scope.
A founder scopes every project in writing, coordinates the work, brings in project-based specialists when the scope needs them, and checks the result against the scope before delivery.
A supervised, paid pathway that gives university students and emerging engineers their first real client work. This pathway is in development; it is not yet operating as a formal programme.
One of our two founders scopes your project, stays your point of contact and is accountable for the result.
You get a written scope, timeline and price first. No open-ended billing and no surprises halfway through.
You deal with one person from brief to delivery, with updates by email or WhatsApp, in your time zone.
Work is checked against the agreed scope before it reaches you, and revisions follow the terms agreed up front.
Every year, capable engineering and technology students finish demanding courses with real skill and real ambition. What many of them have never had is a first client, a first professional project, a first reference, or a first fair payment for their work. Without those, ability stays on paper.
RF ETS delivers professional engineering and technology solutions to clients. We are building the business so that suitable client projects can also give emerging engineers supervised, paid, real-world experience, without lowering the standard our clients pay for.
Every project starts from a genuine client need, with a written scope.
Our 42 services span 12 disciplines, so different strengths can be matched to suitable tasks. As our contributor pathway opens, our standard will be that contributor work is supervised and reviewed by experienced people.
As the pathway develops, we want contributors to gain practical experience, portfolio work they are allowed to show, and fair pay for eligible contributions.
