Keyword research grouped by search intent and turned into a content map and calendar your team can actually follow.

Custom quote after a short consultation · Timeline agreed in your quote

Overview

Keyword research shows the words and questions your buyers use when they search, and a content strategy decides which pages should answer them. This service connects the two, so you are not writing articles at random or creating several pages that target the same phrase.

We start from your offer and audience, gather keyword ideas for each agreed topic and group them by search intent: informational, commercial and transactional. Every keyword metric is labelled with its source, and none is presented as confirmed unless it has been checked in a tool you approve. The Professional and Advanced packages map each keyword cluster to an existing or new page.

The Advanced package covers up to five topics and about 300 keywords and adds a three-month content calendar with suggested titles, target clusters and publishing order. You receive a working spreadsheet and a short strategy summary that a writer, agency or in-house team can pick up straight away.

Who it’s for

  • Businesses planning a blog or resource section that want each piece to target real searches
  • Marketing teams that need a content calendar grounded in search intent
  • Companies launching a new service line that need to know how buyers describe it
  • Writers and agencies that want a keyword map before producing content

Problems it solves

  • Know which topics and questions your buyers actually search for
  • Avoid creating several pages that compete for the same phrase
  • Give writers a clear brief for each page and cluster
  • Plan the next quarter's content in a sensible publishing order

How we work

  1. Topic and audience brief

We agree the topics, markets and buyer types the research should cover.

  2. Keyword discovery

We gather keyword ideas and questions for each topic, recording the source of any metrics used.

  3. Intent grouping and mapping

Keywords are clustered by search intent and each cluster is assigned to an existing or planned page.

  4. Content plan and handover

Clusters are ordered into a publishing calendar on Advanced and handed over with a strategy summary.

What we need from you

  • Your website URL and a short description of your products or services
  • The topics or service lines you want covered
  • Access to any paid keyword tool you want used for search-volume data
  • Competitors or publications you see as reference points
Pricing

How pricing works

This work varies too much for fixed packages. We scope it with you, then send a written quote with price, timeline and deliverables before any work starts.

  1. Tell us what you need

Use the quote form or book a consultation and describe your goal, constraints and deadline.

  2. We scope it with you

We review your material and agree deliverables, assumptions and what is out of scope.

  3. Written quote

You receive a fixed price or milestone plan, timeline and revision terms before any work starts.

Not included

  • Search-volume data from paid tools unless you provide access
  • Third-party costs: domains, hosting, paid plugins and themes, software licences, API or AI-model usage fees, data-provider credits
  • Work outside the written scope agreed before work starts (handled as an add-on or a custom quote)
  • Ongoing support after the delivery and launch-support window unless a support package is bought

FAQ

Keyword Research & Content Strategy: common questions

How is keyword research priced?

Packages are fixed-price and scaled by the number of topics and the approximate keyword count, with the content map and calendar included at higher tiers; see the packages above. Extra topics can be added individually, and anything beyond the packages is covered by a custom quote.

Can the plan be adjusted after delivery?

Yes. Each package includes revision rounds to re-prioritise clusters, rename planned pages or move calendar slots. If you want to add new topics or markets once research has started, we treat that as an add-on and confirm it with you before continuing.

Where does the search-volume data come from?

Search-volume and difficulty figures from paid tools are not included unless you provide access to one. Every metric in your spreadsheet is labelled with its source and treated as an estimate unless checked in a tool you approve. The intent grouping and content map do not depend on paid data.

Will you write the content as well?

This service delivers the research and the plan, not the articles. The content map and calendar are designed to be handed to your own writers or an agency. If you later want existing pages updated to match the plan, On-Page SEO is the natural next step.

Does following the plan mean we will rank for these keywords?

Not necessarily. The plan targets searches that match your offer and organises content sensibly, but rankings and traffic depend on content quality, competition and factors outside anyone's control, so we do not promise them.
