Overview
A Power BI dashboard brings figures from spreadsheets, databases and business apps into one interactive report, so managers can filter, drill down and track the numbers that matter without rebuilding the same spreadsheet every week.
RF ETS starts with the decisions the report should support, then works backwards to the measures, visuals and data sources required. We build a tidy data model, write DAX measures that are named and documented, and design pages that are readable on screen. Light preparation is done in Power Query; heavier cleaning belongs in our Data Cleaning service.
The Advanced package covers up to six report pages from up to six sources, up to forty visuals, row-level security so each user sees only their data, and a scheduled refresh set-up guide. Every package includes the source .pbix file, so the report is yours to edit. Power BI Pro or Premium licences are not included.

How does pricing work for Power BI dashboards?
This service uses fixed packages that you can book directly. Each tier sets the number of pages, data sources and visuals. If you need more, extra pages or sources can be added as add-ons. See the packages above.
Are Power BI licences included?
No. Power BI Pro or Premium licences are paid by you to the vendor. The Power BI Desktop file we hand over can be opened without a paid licence, but sharing it through the online service normally requires one.
What if our data is messy?
Each package includes light preparation in Power Query, such as fixing types or renaming columns. If the data needs de-duplication, merging or heavy restructuring, we recommend our Data Cleaning service first so the dashboard rests on reliable inputs.
How many revisions do we get?
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, shown above. Changes within the agreed pages and sources are covered. New pages, sources or a different scope are handled as add-ons or an updated quote.
Will the dashboard refresh automatically?
Professional and Advanced packages include a scheduled refresh set-up guide. Whether automatic refresh works depends on where your data lives and your licences; we explain the options during the data connection step.
