Overview

Presentation and business document design turns your existing content into slides and pages that are easier to read and consistent with your brand. It suits pitch decks, sales presentations, proposals, company profiles, reports and training material, where the information is right but the layout is holding it back.

You supply the text, data and brand assets; we plan the structure, set a visual system and design each slide or page. Figures become clear charts, key points get supporting icons, and layouts stay consistent from start to finish. We work in your preferred presentation or document format so your team can keep editing.

The Advanced package covers up to 35 slides or pages and includes a reusable master template, so future decks and documents follow the same design without starting again. Every package includes the editable source file. Writing or rewriting the content itself is not part of this service.

Who it’s for

  • Founders preparing an investor or partner pitch deck
  • Sales teams that need a consistent proposal or sales presentation
  • Consultants and agencies producing client reports and company profiles
  • Companies that want a reusable template so staff can build on-brand decks

Problems it solves

  • Present information so the key messages are understood quickly
  • Replace inconsistent, home-made slides with a coherent, professional design
  • Show figures and comparisons as charts people can read at a glance
  • Give staff a template that keeps future documents on-brand

What RF ETS delivers

  • Designed slides or pages built from your supplied content
  • Charts and icons supporting key data and points
  • Reusable master template (Advanced)
  • Editable source file in every package

How we work

  1. Content and brand review

We read through your content and brand assets and agree the file format and page count.

  2. Structure and visual direction

A few sample slides or pages set the layout, type and colour approach for your approval.

  3. Full design

The remaining slides or pages are designed, with data turned into charts and icons added.

  4. Revisions and handover

You review, request changes within your revision rounds, and receive the editable files.

What we need from you

  • Final or near-final text for each slide or page
  • Data for any charts, in a spreadsheet or table
  • Logo, brand colours, fonts and any existing templates
  • Your preferred file format and the software your team uses

How pricing works

This work varies too much for fixed packages. We scope it with you, then send a written quote with price, timeline and deliverables before any work starts.

  1. Tell us what you need

Use the quote form or book a consultation and describe your goal, constraints and deadline.

  2. We scope it with you

We review your material and agree deliverables, assumptions and what is out of scope.

  3. Written quote

You receive a fixed price or milestone plan, timeline and revision terms before any work starts.

Not included

  • Copywriting / content creation
  • Third-party costs: domains, hosting, paid plugins and themes, software licences, API or AI-model usage fees, data-provider credits
  • Work outside the written scope agreed before work starts (handled as an add-on or a custom quote)
  • Ongoing support after the delivery and launch-support window unless a support package is bought

FAQ

Presentation & Business Document Design: common questions

How is presentation design priced?

Packages are fixed-price and set by the number of slides or pages, with fuller chart and icon work and a reusable template at higher tiers; see the packages above. Extra slides can be added in blocks, and long reports or unusual formats get a custom quote.

What if our content changes during the design?

Revision rounds cover design changes and small text updates. Significant content changes, such as new sections or a restructured story, may need extra slides or redesign, which we confirm with you as an add-on before going ahead.

Do you write the content for the presentation?

No. Copywriting and content creation are not included. We work from the text and data you provide, may suggest splitting dense slides or shortening headings for clarity, and flag gaps, but the wording itself remains yours.

Can you redesign an existing deck?

Yes. Send the current file and we keep your content and structure while rebuilding the layout, typography and visuals. Each final slide or page counts toward your package limit.

Will we be able to edit the files ourselves?

Yes. Every package includes the editable source file, so your team can update text and figures later. With the Advanced master template, new slides pick up the same layouts, colours and fonts.
